Most returns and on-site headaches come from one of these being missed at the purchase stage.
Get it checked free- 01Is it genuine, with warranty?Grey-market units save a little and cost a lot when one fails. Ask for a GST invoice and traceable stock.
- 02Is the lens right for the distance?A 2.8mm lens can’t identify a face at 25 metres. Varifocal and PTZ models exist for a reason.
- 03Does the NVR match the cameras?Channels, bandwidth and AcuSense support all need to line up, or the AI features won’t work.
- 04Is the storage sized properly?Cameras × resolution × days decides the drives. Use surveillance or enterprise HDDs, never desktop disks.

Can you help us choose the right model?
Yes. Tell us where each camera goes, the distance to cover and the lighting, and we will recommend the lens, resolution, NVR channels and storage.
Do you supply explosion-proof cameras for hazardous areas?
Yes, from Hikvision’s explosion-proof range. Share the hazardous-area zone classification of your site and we will confirm a suitable model before you order.
Do you install as well?
